$19,309 buys your sims a great room (kitchen/dining/living), downstairs bedroom and bath, and upstairs a big loft bedroom with a spacious bathroom.

There is room in the house to add more stuff, and room on the lot to add on rooms, a deck, garage, whatever.

Built using Seasons, OFB, University, Nightlife, and you'll need them to play it.
