The Muppets gave us two colourful characters. Kermit The Frog's "It ain't easy being green" song and Miss Piggy's love for the colour pink is the inspiration for these two homes.

Kermit's pad has a green colour theme throughout the home while Miss Piggy's sty has a pink theme.





Kermit's pad has two bedrooms and one bathroom, suitable for a family with one child. Miss Piggy's sty only has one bedroom and 1 1/2 bathrooms, suitable for a family without children or plan for an addition before the little one(s) come. Kermit's home is on one level while Miss Piggy's main floor is above the garage. Both homes come either furnished, with Maxis content only, or unfurnished.

Kermit's pad is on a 1x3 lot and costs $19,967 furnished and $12,286 unfurnished.

Miss Piggy's sty is on a 2x2 lot and costs $19,982 furnished and $13,232 unfurnished.

These homes are intended to be free to anyone who wishes to have them and may not be put on a paysite. If possible, credit would be nice if you use them
