This looks more like a "manmade desert oasis" but I still like. This is a 3 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with a 2 car garage sitting in the middle of an island. The water is just a huge swimming pool that I decided to do after reading MikeInsides great tutorial.

First Floor has a large Eat-In Kitchen and Family Room. Second Floor Has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

My Favorite is the Master Suite on the 3rd Floor. I created a large 2 person shower using the community showers and the full-sized glass window and door. The master suite leads out to a deck where the sims can stargaze or relax.

This lot contains a 2 car garage to keep their cars safe and sound. You reach the house by using 1 of the 2 rounded bridges (one large one in the front and a smaller one in the back). There is also small island of to the side of the house where your sims can relax in a nice spa. I even added a small pond in the very back corner of the lot incase your sims like to fish.

The lake (pool) can be swam in because of course it is just one large pool. I added 4 ladders to it so there are plenty of places for your sim to get out.

I tested the lot and your sims will be able to walk around the house with ease and the lot. The only part they can't pass is the pond in the back corner.

I have included a furnished and unfurnished file. Although the unfurnished has the spa and the 2 person shower in the master bath.
Prices are furnished: $202,686 Unfurnished: $146,713

Hope you enjoy and have a great day.
