This next B&W 2story house for your hood has plenty of land left to add on or to simply put in a garden or whatever you wish. This lot is a tweaked version of 107 Download Dr. I just added some walls here and there and took it down from the 3 story to a 2 story house and what not. So basically the master bedroom is now located on the 2nd floor instead of the third. Enjoy
