American Avenue™ is my series of houses for the downtown area. So you can find differnt house styles here: Single-family houses, multi-family houses and community buildings.
This house facts:
- City Hall (original: Savannah City Hall, Georgia - built 1903 to 1906): Not very comfortable for a selling place (only a small paper shop and cafe - of course you can change!), but a nice 'decoration' lot for your downtown.
- Completly furnished with EA items
