This is a small starter trailer that is fully furnished and landscaped for 1 or 2, for just under $20,000. If you strip the landscaping and exterior items, it costs around $13,000.

Although very small, it makes efficient use of space and plays well.


Although I have all expansion and stuff packs prior to Bon Voyage, I do not believe the lot NEEDS any other than Nightlife (which I understand is always needed for lots created with it installed). Now that driveways are available as a Maxis download, it may be that people with that download but without nightlife can use also the lot.

I have played this lot quite a bit with a (single) romance sim. Now that she has $$, she refuses to move.
