Always wanting to try new things with my creations, I bring you my first starter home - priced at $19,943 and placed on a 2x2 lot.



But, just because your Sims are just starting out in this new house, doesn't mean they have to sacrifice anything! This house is decorated with hardwood flooring, shiny tiles, and new carpeting. There is also a fresh coat of paint on all the walls, lots of windows, three access doors to the outside, and plenty of landscaping to make your Sims happy to come home!

The floor plan is mostly open, but surprisingly large enough to hold all your major furnishings. There is room enough for 3 full bathrooms and three large bedrooms (the master suite is on the main floor...or this could be converted to an office space.)

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
