As a creator, I always try to challenge myself when building. This house is certainly no exception. I’ve worked on this house longer than I have ever worked on a house and I am very proud of the end result. I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do!



This home is situated on a 4x5 Specialty "Bon Voyage" Beach Lot and has three stories. It has a full basement, a large main living area, and a loft/attic area (which I converted into a media/entertainment room.) It also has three bedrooms, but other rooms could be converted into additional bedroom space easily. It has 2 half bathrooms, and three full bathrooms. It also features a master bath with a whirlpool tub and access to a private lanai off the master suite. This house also has a beautiful sunroom with a mini-bar so your Sims never have to miss a sunrise or a sunset! There are two fireplaces in this house – one in the formal living room and one in the basement family room. There is a large dining room with full ocean views, and a modern kitchen with a bar/island for additional seating. In the basement, there is a wine-cellar/private bar, as well as a music room and two very big bedrooms – each with its own bathroom. There is also an attached garage, decks surrounding the back of the property, and an outdoor living space perfect for entertaining!
