Houses must not be expensive and big to be nice and modern. This is the second lot in my "glass roof" starter home series. It might remind you of an office, but your sims won't complain.
It was quite hard to come up with a good design. My intention was to create something that could be related to the earlier green starter home, however, without any smoothed parts. So... Finally, after a lot of regrets I was finished with the roof and the rest was built rather fast. Hopefully, there won't be any problems with the side walls in your games.

The lot is not Season proof, since the weather goes through the roof.
