One of the great masterpieces of the Sim Nouveau period, Waterhouse's Elvis and the Nymphs brings to life a version of the Greek myth, Jason and the Argonauts. In the tale, Elvis, a passenger on the Argo, is left behind on the isle of Lemnos. He comes across a group of sea-nymphs in bikinis who, enchanted by his hip-swiveling rock 'n roll, seduce him into loving them and drag him beneath the sea. The Argo leaves Elvis behind on the island, and he is never found.

No sim household should be without its own print (executed on the finest velvet) of this brilliant and evocative artwork. It appears as a recolor under 'Rainy Day Main Street'.

Policy: It's a Maxis recolor, do what you like with it, but please don't upload to the exchange or any paysites. If you use it in an upload, I'd love it if you let me know so I can get that warm, fuzzy feeling.

Created using the GIMP and SimPE. My deepest gratitude goes to the lovely, talented, and naturally blonde Xauen for suggesting another painting I could vandalize with Elvis.
