Malibu Town House

Welcome to another BluKompressor Home!



This one is modeled after homes that are on the beaches California or Florida, that are located in a more urban atmosphere, hence the narrow lot design. This lot is an adaptation of an Architectual Designs plan WW44048TD (http://www.architecturaldesigns.com...lan-44048td.asp ,) so I cannot take credit for the floor plan, although I did alter it a little, just it's reproduction into Sims 2!

The Sims Version of the Lot boasts:



+ Five Bedrooms: Three Normal Rooms and Two Master Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom One is the Owner's suite. It has ample room, its own bathroom, and a large sun-deck.
Master Bedroom Two is on the ground level, with its own entrance off of the patio by the pool. It also features its own bathroom
+ Two and One Half Bathrooms
+ Two Stair Cases: One in the Main Foyer, and the other is by the Piano Room to allow Sims to have more room to move around
+ Large Kitchen: Your Sims will be able to have the space to create their dishes when doing their entertaining, which they will no doubt be doing since a house like this seems to create its own friends.
+ Piano Room to showcase your Sims creative side (they have one, obviously...they did buy this house!)
+ Banquet Sized Dining Room
+ Family Room
+ A Courtyard complete with pool and landscaping
+ Oversized Garage...expensive cars have huge egos that need to be sheltered too
+ and Contemporary Styling complete with seamless windows!

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
