There are 4 Beach Houses in this set designed to be placed in the BLUEWATER NEIGHBORHOOD. The set includes The Shoreline, The Sunset, The Seabreeze and The Shoal. Each lot (EXCEPT THE SHOAL) is designed so the water will empty into the rear basin and look as though it is naturally a part of the landscape. The Shoal has it's own private beach and does not need to be placed near the water.

NOTE: Due to the Swimming Pool being built on raised land, your Sims will not always "dive" in the pool when you click on the diving board. However, if you click on the water and tell them to swim, they will use the diving board.

EXTRAS IN ZIPS
There are certain recolors or bedding that do not automatically zip in Sims2Packs. As a result, I have included the bedding in The Sunset, The Seabreeze and the Shoal zip files. Be sure to add these items to your downloads folder BEFORE entering the lots. The bedding includes the following:

EXPANSION PACKS REQUIRED
As of January 2008 all stephanie b. lots will use the original Sims 2 game and the core Expansion Packs. No STUFF Packs were used to create the downloads included here.

All stephanie b. walls, floors and ground covers included in houses downloaded from MTS2 can be used in lot creations on any free or pay site as long as I receive credit for the textures.
