This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.

These are some recolours of justmoi's Majestic Series meshes. I used two of them: Splendor (Abaporu) and Glamour (everything else). You have to get the meshes for the recolours to appear in your game. You can get justmoi's frame recolours here.
