This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.

They're a recolour of HystericalParoxysm's Untuckable Shirt. What I did was put up some graphics in Photoshop using some pictures found on google and put them on your Sims' shirts.

This is how they look like in the game:

Pic 1 is guitargirl, pic 2 is greenpunk and pic 3 is anotherpunk.
