NOTICE: Be advised that this lot has been shrunken using Mootilda's Lot Adjuster 1.1. It means that you cannot modify any structures within two tiles from either side, but you can add/remove windows or fences and repaint.

Also, normally the garden plots can't be placed on upper floors without distortions since they end up on the air, So, in order to play with the greenhouse as such, you need the GardenPlotFix by mike_1102 at:
