For all those simmers who like city living and small lots, but also want enough room for hobbies and gardening.
This is a fake rowhouse with an empty basement, a floor for hobby activities, also empty, and a greenhouse. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two driveways in the back. it also has one fruit tree.
It is unfurnished, except the bathrooms, and has a price of $30,789.
No CC but you need a small fix for full use (see below)
The lot is just 1X2.
NOTICE: Be advised that this lot has been shrunken using Mootilda's Lot Adjuster 1.1. It means that you cannot modify any structures within two tiles from either side, but you can add/remove windows or fences and repaint.

Also, normally the garden plots can't be placed on upper floors without distortions since they end up on the air, So, in order to play with the greenhouse as such, you need the GardenPlotFix by mike_1102 at:

Otherwise, the greenhouse can be used as a flower garden or sunhouse.
