Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
Well it was only a matter of time until my first apartment lot and this one here was requested by deter4955, thus making it his third request of mine. I'm starting to feel very special! ;P Anyway, I hope you like the lot!
Each apartment has:
- 2 bedrooms and 1,5 baths
- fully furnished (except for curtains and wall hangings because I never use them)
- Built with AnyGameStarter
- 4 apartments total
All kinds of comments are welcome.

(If the link doesn't work, it means the lot was sold most likely because the lot was from a realtor's website.)
Note:
If you want to rent the apartment fully furnished, as is, follow these steps:
- turn on the cheat boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled true via CTRL-SHIFT-C
- bring your sim directly in front of the door of the apartment you'd like to rent
- SHIFT-click on the apartment door
- select the option, "Rent Furnished"
- if nothing happens, then your sim needs to be closer to the door
- once finished turn off the cheat

Custom Content Included:
- Georgian French Double Doors by phoenix_phaerie
Please note:
phoenix_phaerie's door uses repository technique so if you don't want the door to be flashing blue in your game, you'll need to download the master door of the set which can be found here: http://nene.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=188669
