Hi all!

My second contemporary house.

There is a furnished and unfurnished version.

There is a fair bit of custom content included which I think makes the house better. The Georgian windows and doors are not included as they are from a repository set. If you don't want to download so much CC then the unfurnished version only contains:

The unfurnished version does have complete bathrooms (no CC) because you never know when your simmies may need to go at short notice!
