After getting some advice from the 'creator feedback forum' I changed a few things to take this from just a beach house to a luxurious beach house! Placed on a medium 4x3 sized lot featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully furnished interior this luxurious house costs a grand total of $166,626!
