This is a set of default replacement eyes that have a bit of color and sparkle. The eyes have a tint of purple, blue, and blue green to them that mixes with the eye color you chose in CAS to create a dynamic, multicolored eyes that look interesting and attractive. The alpha also includes small speckles of white so that when you chose a darker eye color, you can see a subtle glitter in the eye.
The downside with these eyes is it is impossible to get a solid grey eye color. For all other colors, you can find a shade that will not show any of the inherent colors, but the grey will show the blues and purples of the texture. This is what they look like when you choose white as an eye color:
And here are a few different eye colors to show how they look with different tints and shades:
Install these like you would any other .package file, but if you have any other default eyes you must remove them before installing these. After installing, delete the simCompositorCache.package from My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 to have existing sims take on these eyes.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.
For Package files:
1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).
For Sims3Pack files:
1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

About Me
For updates on items and extra downloads visit my blog.
Do whatever you want with my stuff. You can include it with sims, edit the items, whatever.
Credit is appreciated, though. :]
Feel free to make a request, but I can't guarantee anything. Your best bet is to request something that is at least similar to anything I've made previously in some aspect, because I'll only make it if it's something I would like to have myself. I don't know how to mesh, and I'm not very good at celebrity sims.
About the TF2 characters: the next one was originally planned to be the Spy, but his mask is proving to be much more difficult than expected. The uploads are going to be coming slower until more tools come out for modding.
