Hi there,
I've been downloading for a couple of years now from ModtheSims.
Now at least, I decided to upload something myself.
So I decided to begin a Modern Design Project, containing only houses.
Here is my first;
Modern Design; White
With a splendid view over the bay of Sunset Valley*(see picture below), this modern, white themed house is a perfect base for your wealthy Sims.
On the first floor is located:
The Kitchen
With all the newest equipment, this kitchen is very up-to-date and modern.
The Livingrooms
Enjoy the cozy fireplace, or relax in front of the TV.
The Diningroom
Eat your favorite dish in this comfortable room.
The Study
Do you only want to read, or do you want to play computer games? It’s all possible. See picture below.
With the stairs located near the main hallway, you’ll go to the main floor.
On the main floor is located:
The master Bedroom, the master Bathroom and the children’s bedroom
A place to get refreshed, and to relax.
Lot size: 40 x 40
