This house was built on an uneven lot (not a beach lot) because I was hoping to achieve a drop off behind the lap pool . . . The house is the size of a starter home for yuppie sims who depend on the motherlode . . . It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an extra private room which could be an office or a studio . . . I hope this house appeals to your imagination as it did to mine!
