This house is the perfect addition to your busy town!
With 2 units, it provides flexibility for your sims. Only one side is furnished, but the other has a kitchen and bathrooms so there's not a lot of work there. In the furnished side, I tried to stay true to the style of 19th century brownstones, although there are no fireplaces, the rooms all look great.
This house is split level and this is achieved by using the "constrainfloorelevation" command, so be careful if you activate the command and level something, or you could ruin the levels.
So the house again, it's got plenty of room for a growing family; 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to be exact. The family room could well be another bedroom as well. There's only a courtyard garden but this is supposed to be a townhome, where outside space is rare!
