Hi folks,
after getting so nice feedback from my last upload, I decided to create another town on a lot. I'm fascinated how many things can be placed on a 60x60 lot. Even a little town found its place
All houses are furnished, except one for your own purposes.

Parking lot: 4 (underground)
Pool: 1
Pond: 1
Tomb: 1 (added some rooms to explore)
Graveyard: 1
Church: 1
Brewery: 1
Training room: 2
Living room: 4
Painting room: 1
Show room: 1
Kitchen: 2
Bar: 1
Sleeping room: 9
Bath/WC: 8
Kitchengarden: 3
Kids outside stuff: 2
Butterfly: 4
Size: 60x60
Furnished: 376,383
Unfurnished: 236,912
Expansion Pack 1 (world adventures) required
Saved with latest patch 2.4

Castle Inside: 525 SimPoints (you really should have the banners, rest can be replaced)
