No 1. Kunta Kross Drive

This is a fully-furnished 5 bedroom house for a family of about 6 in an urban area. All the rooms have their bathrooms with an additional one for visitors on the ground floor. The house is fully furnished with only the original Sims decorations contents from the game.


There are two floors in the house. The ground floor has a room, sitting area, two family room, a cinema room, study, kitchen and dinning.

The first floor has four bedrooms on it with an addition of the music and fitness room.

The outdoor is also decorated and have a beautiful garden for the household to play in. There is a swimming pool at the back of the house also and a single car packing too. I know you will enjoy playing this lot and I believe that your Sims will live in comfort in this single-storeyed home, just move them in to play.

Please note the car in the piture is not included in the house lot.That is the official Maxi game car in Nightlife( Hunka 711 ) so you can get it from the buy catalog (the first in the car collection list) since I only used it for screenshot.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
