Next in Makeover-line is European Townhouse from Base game lot bin. It used to look like THIS . It was a challenging project but I think it came out much prettier than the original.



This house is suitable for 4-5 sims. It includes many neat things, like:

* 1 Master bedroom, 1 single bedroom (space for loft bed) and 1 smaller single bedroom, that is furnished as nursery
* Fireplaces to bring warm and comfort (or danger... what ever you want)
* In-build garage for NL OR extra space to add more rooms downstairs (see more info about the garage below)
* Entertainment and skilling objects
* Little pool, outdoor benches with a grill and a swing for kids
* Fully furnished and unfurnished version available (furnished version includes alarms and phones)
* No CC!

This lot was build in AnyGameStarter with just Base game, so it's compatible with all EP's and SP's up to AL/M&G. Tested in-game.

Tips concerning the garage: If you have NL, use moveobjects on/off -cheat to place smaller driveway into the garage and place a car there.

Other tips: Upstairs has a 2x1 room next to fireplace; it's build as closet. Place any one-tile clothing rack or drawer with moveobjects on/off -cheat to the closet and your sims will be able to use it normaly.

Make 'Em Prettie is my second series of houses. These houses are from the lot bin and come with Base game, several EP's and SP's. The idea is to transform these lots to more enjoyable and playable. All lots have their original, lot bin-names. The main inspiration came from MATY "Eaxis House Of Phail"-challenge and I rebuild these houses according to challenge rules.
