CARMINE
Carmine is a contemporary house featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen/dining room, living room, split-level study, basement gym, 3 skylights and a fully landscaped garden with a pond/fountain and modern walkway/bridge.
The house is also easily expandable if you want more space. The basement can be extended to cover the entire area under the house (and of course real basements can be added underneath that), and there is enough space in the upstairs hallway for a set of stairs to add an extra floor, if you don't want to extend the existing split level stairs.
