This house just big enough for family with two kids offers to your Sims enough space for learning skills, having fun, and socializing. House include 1 master bedroom with door to back yard terrace, 2 bedrooms with single bed (one room is furnished specially for girl who loves to dance, on room for boy with passion for adventures). It also has living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms (one for parents and one for all others), laundry room and garage big enough for two cars. In the back yard is space for gardening for Sims with green thumb and garden house where your Sims can find inspiration and learn new skills.

House design is from TV show Extreme makeover home edition. Hope you like it!
