The House on the Hill - A Family Home

This has been my project house for weeks now. I wanted to take my time on it since I’ve never done a house this big. I wanted to make sure each room looked good, the yard looked good, and it was still livable for your sims. It’s a 4 bedroom (one is being used as a workspace for sims in the Stylist career) home with 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and 2 Jack and Jill bathrooms. The master bathroom as a large walk-in closet, and each bedroom has it’s own small closet. There are 2 laundry rooms, one upstairs and one down, because there are probably going to be a lot of residents and this way, no one has to be held up when they want to wash clothes! (: There are 2 garages, one is a two car and one is a one car. The two car is decorated as a “man cave” and the one car has an inventing station and a sculpting station. The kitchen has a dine-in table and there’s also a formal dining room off of one side. Off another side of the kitchen is a small sitting area. If you walk through the small office, there is a fully stocked walk-in pantry. In the living room there is a full bar as well as a music area. Now, upstairs there is the master suite and the 3 bedrooms. There is also a “bonus” room that can be used a bedroom, but right now it’s being used as a game/exercise room. All the rooms except the master suite share Jack and Jill bathrooms, meaning each has a separate sink/toilet area and have a shared tub/shower.
