Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.

This is an expensive, 4-bedroom home with pool and BBQ area. It consists of:

Ground Floor:
Spacious lounge
Large kitchen/diner
Kids play room
Study with attached bathroom

1st Floor:
5 bedrooms
Bathroom
Balcony

For some reason when using AnyGame Starter, any custom content I have installed, whether I've used it or not, appears to be included in the download. That's why I've had to include it here as I couldn't submit my lot otherwise.
