this is a underground house by request from blobrana

it has no hax and is furnished for 2 adults and 1 child

it has
2 bedrooms
1 bathroom
1 kitchen
1 dining room
1 large living room

there are plenty of trees & bushes to hide the top of the house

it is almost completely under the ground and costs 34,391

i was going to make a basement on it but i thought you wouldnt be able to see your simmies that well unless you used the top view.
