Gosh golly, 50th upload!

Hello. I've been opening, building some complete shit, and closing the Sims again for a long time. Now that winter is coming (Brr!), I've decided that I want to give you something warm.

The green way of Life is an eco-friendly house for an eco-friendly couple or single Sim, located in the desert.

The whole house is made natural and recycled materials. Clay floors, dirt walls, recycled plastic and wood, natural stones etc. etc.!
The tiles in the garage are made of Lime and the fireplace in the bonus room is all recycled metal. Also; don't worry about the big truck in the garage. It's motor has been tuned and runs on Bio-gas. Hippies couldn't find a better place to live!

Chairs, sofas and tables are also made of recycled and natural materials, ofcourse! The leather on seatings is from animals which have died naturally, and the wood and metal is all recycled, no trees have been harmed!

The backyard offers a nice terrace covered in shadow most of the day, and a large raised pool to cool down if the shadow left your terrace.

The bonus room, or attic sits above the garage and is only accessible from it, too. It includes a Hi-Fi stereo, designer table, billiards and a a fireplace to warm your butt in cold winters, because the heating system (heat produced by the downstairs fireplace) doesn't reach into the bunos room.

Last but not least: as you may have noticed, there aren't any solar panels. Why? We think those are too expensive. The electricity you recieve is from the nearby windmills!

Build on a 40x20 lot (placed vertical; 20x40). Note: The lot is completely flat. I just lowered it's level.
Costs: §238.503 F and §83.120 UF
