Charmingville Farm is especially made for Charmful who has given me lots of good ideas over the years. The farmhouse has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with parlor and eat-in kitchen. From the back porch there is a view of the fishing pond and woods. Conveniently located near the kitchen porch is a greenhouse for growing crops all year and an orchard of orange and apple trees (not that they grow together in the real world). The property also has a barn with 4 stalls and half bath to wash up in, a corral, and silo.
