A house doesn't have to be big to be rich and have a lot of stuff in it. Yes, this house only has one bedroom and one bathroom, and the rooms aren't that big, but it actually has everything a sim needs.

This is a one story house, but it also has a basement and attic.
The main floor has all the rooms: the living room, the bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen, the dining room and the laundry room, while the bedroom also has a separate room for a wardrobe.

The basement is actually an underground garage, but it also has a spa room with a hot tub.

There is also an attic that is a great room to be a studio, a gym, or even another bedroom. It currently is a studio and has an easel, a foosball table and a small TV. The attic has a small balcony too.

And last, but not least, there is also a small garden with a bar and a grill. Two lime trees are growing in the corner, and you can grow other plants there too.

NOTE: If you want to redesign the hot tub room you will need to use the "moveobjects" cheat.
