Spanish Estate

I haven't uploaded a house in over a week, but that is because I have been preoccupied with making this gigantic house. It's has four bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and a nursery.

I was requested by user "bildilla93" to make a large house with a gym, a pool, three bedrooms and a nursery. And of course, no CC.



For a massive house, one must have a massive garage, right? I decided to make the garage into it's own little "house", about the size of a small tract home. You can fit 3 or 4 cars in there, and at the second floor you will find a gym and a bathroom.

The main entrance to the house is in the front facing turrent. There more entrances however, one entering the first floor bedroom, one to the living room and one to the kitchen. When inside, you are met by an open room with a foyer, den and a dining room. The first floor has two full bathrooms, one bedroom, a kitchen, a two story great room, and the aforementioned living room, den and a dining room.



At the second floor, you will find three bedrooms, a nursery and 3.5 bathrooms. The entire house is fully furnished and designed in detail!

The yard is also huge. There are several lawns, a large pool, a high-end barbecue and a barbecue pit. There is room for 7 cars in the driveway and garage.

As you might expect, the house is ridicoulously expensive, costing 194,083 unfurnished, and a whopping 381,612 furnished.
