One-story house furnished for 3+1 sims, on a 15 x 25 lot. Base game content only, no CC. The tree in the yard is actually a cherry tree (default override now available here).



Note that I have a lighting mod installed (this one) so the shadows are much more pronounced on my screenshots than they’d be in an out-of-the-box game – this is why I've photoshopped one of the screenshots (backside), the other ones are unmodified.
