This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
Face and body freckles
2 standalone packages included, works for both gender.
For adults :
For children :
They can be used instead of the base game ones and have a similar preview image. Intensity is changed as a color.
