Hi all! I want to thank everyone again for the nice comments on my nose cosemetics.

So, today I got bored and I thought to myself 'Wouldn't it be cool to make a collection of Sims based on games I enjoy?

Well, because he wears such simple clothes, Gabriel Knight was the first to be made. He's based on the first game, because I haven't played the others and all screens I could find of them just didn't look right to me.

For those of you who don't know, Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers was an action/RPG/puzzle type game made by Sierra in the early nineties. Gabriel is the main character, and is an aspiring writer who lives in and owns his own book shop in New Orleans. He's somewhat crass and a bit of a ladies man, but also quite serious about his work on a novel inspired by a recent set of "voodoo murders". The game is much deeper than that, and pretty darn good.

So, here he is, I hope you all think the resemblence is at least passable, and I think he's pretty attractive for a Sim too, so!

Anyway, the only "custom" content is I recolored the closest(in my opinion) Maxis hairstyle to match Gabriel's hair tone with obvious dark spots, and I recolored the jacket-jeans-tee so that the jacket was black, which took all of two seconds. I would have used the longer Maxis jacket, if only it had normal pants, so Sim Gabriel's jacket is shorter then Sierra's version. *sigh*

Have fun with him. Probably I will make some versions of Guybrush Threepwood next, and then perhaps some girls to match them. We'll see.
