A simple star shaped tattoo, right? WRONG.
This tattoo is a stand-in for an actual birthmark, simply because I don't know how to make them. Anyway, if you've got a sim who is from a certain franchise about people named JoJo and their collective wacky escapades, then clearly they might be a Joestar or have a Joestar's body.
If you're a little behind the times on JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, then I'll give you the gist of it:
Back on topic, I've made a simple little tattoo for my many JoJo sims because I couldn't find a birthmark like this elsewhere. The tattoo itself has only one channel for recoloring, as you'll see on my dear old Jonathan Joestar:
The tat itself is completely unisex, available for all ages (should you have mods that allow inking of all ages), and you may want to look into this mod by CMarNYC ( http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=434270 ) that allows you to place tattoos on your sims in more positions, as I have this placed on the left-hand side of the back of the shoulder of my sims in the screenshots using this mod to get them there in the first place.
Also, please excuse my various placement and coloring of the tattoo in my screenshots, I was playing with the positioning of the tattoo in game and with Tattooinator.
Additional Credits:
special thanks to CMarNYC's Tattooinator for merely existing, as well as the countless tutorials I've found online that helped me understand the Tattooinator more.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is a long running manga series that chronicles the escapades of the Joestar family across many, many generations. The people of the Joestar bloodline are characteristically very tall and fit, and they all have a star-shaped birthmark on the back of their left shoulder, close to the nape of the neck. The first JoJo was Jonathan Joestar in 1889 in England, followed by Jonathan's grandson Joseph in 1939, starting off in New York City. 50 more years later, we follow Joseph's grandson Jotaro Kujo's many Outlandish Adventures. I'd keep talking about the family, but there's 5 more generations of JoJo's, and I'd get into many major spoilers for the anime only JoJo fans, so I'll stop here.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.
For Package files:
1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).
For Sims3Pack files:
1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
