The house has three furnished bedrooms, though these are all large enough to fit more beds if needed. The study at the first floor can easily be converted into a bedroom.
First floor
- Living room
- Kitchen
- Dining room
- Full bathroom
- Half bathroom
- Study (Can be converted into a small bedroom)
- Garage /w one parking spot and exercise equipment
Second floor
- Master bedroom + bathroom
- Single bedroom (fairly large and with room for another bed or two)
- Nursery (same as above, room for more beds)
- Full bathroom
Yard
The backyard is spacious, it has a pool area and a BBQ. At the side of the house you will find parking for bikes. There is room for one or two cars in the driveway.
