The name "Gazer Turf" is simply derived from my username and it being one of my sims' good homes in the game. This lot was made for the 30 Day Sims Challenge Day 11: 2 Story House. The house is pretty spacious for a starter family.


I purposely did not put anything in the backyard for enough space for when sims want to have a lot of guests for a party. You may even add in a pool if you have enough simoleons...or 'motherlode' There is still a relaxation area available for your sims.


The first floor includes a living area, kitchen, dining, powder room, and a study room.


The second floor includes an entertainment area, child's bedroom, bathroom, master's bedroom and a veranda.


This house is also great for dinner parties. Happy Simming!
