People likes to hang photos, to frame them, to store them in albums, to publish them online, etc. They like to show them, to put them out there, they want them to be seen. Well, some Sims are messy, they don't like to tidy things up. Some Sims are photographers and as such, photos are not tuck away that soon. Quite the opposite, most of the times photos are everywhere, bad ones, good ones, unfinished develop ones, etc. And messy Sims ? They are just messy.
