Possibly Necessary - NOT included - GO get them if you don't have them already:
Numenor's Unlevel Wall - #90 (only necessary if walls are missing - it means I used the unlevel wall instead of "CFE" while building. If walls are missing, exit without saving and add Numenor's Unlevel Wall to your DL folder before loading this house again)

Stairs: (Please read the 'stair' threads to get installation instructions as these stairs have script files that need to be properly installed.)
I used (and they are included) Reyn's "open underneath" version of Numenor's recolorable Maxis wooden stairs, for which you'll also need...

NOTE: HL's backless shower (the one used in this house) has been slaved to Jonesi's Bed Blanket - you will need at least one recolor of that blanket, or the shower curtain may flash blue. I highly recommend these recolors by AmythestFenix - HERE. Or - just delete it and substitute with whatever you want.

No sim has ever lived here. This is a clean copy. Alarms, phone, PC, TV, etc... everything your sims needs is included ~ It is "Move-In" ready!
