Lot- 20x30 (built for Twinbrook terrain
)
3 rooms; 2 bathrooms; kitchen; dining room and living room, all unified in one environment for greater comfort of their sims; small greenhouse; game room / basement; attic (empty); something like an office.
there are some corners, on the 2nd floor, that are inaccessible (in the bathroom and in the office, because the ceiling is too low) but the bathtub and the desk work without problem.
