With this mod, Sims who visit a lot wear outerwear if it's cold outside.
In an unmodded game, they wear outerwear in winter only, regardless of the temperature outside.

The new conditions are the same as the conditions for putting on outerwear when moving from indoors to outdoors used in an unmodded game.

This mod does not affect NPCs who come to do their job.
