Hi again, Friends!

So, if you can't already tell, one of my favorite things to do is go back through my own catalog and update/fix/redo lots that I created. Today I have a new version of the Family Guy house that I rebuilt a few days ago! This is my third (and final) attempt at creating this famous TV house, and I think this one is the best. I took the first version I of this home that I built for The Sims 3 down over a year ago because I hated it THAT much, and replaced it with the second version (which you can still find in my downloads section, if you're interested). With this house I also uploaded a SIMS 4 VERSION that you can find here: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=636807

This house was completely rebuilt from the "ground" up (meaning it's not just a remodel of the previous version), and sits on a bigger yard. The main difference with this new house compared to the older one is that this one has a basement and is larger overall. I was finally able to figure out a way to enlarge the house without it looking too weird.

Each room has been faithfully recreated/interpreted to the best of my ability from photos I found on Google and Pinterest, and though some YouTube videos as well! I added a screenshot of most rooms in the upper left corner of the images for comparison. I added a few extra pieces of furniture to each room, as well, to fill up the house a little more. Overall I think it looks pretty good! Let me know what you think!

Also, the floor plan on the second floor is slightly rearranged. I decided to move the bathroom to a new spot, even though I don't think it technically is in the right spot anymore as far as the show goes. I hope you don't mind that the second floor is ever-so-slightly off in this new version.

Also also: This home used items from Supernatural, Pets, Seasons, Generations, University Life, Late Night and Ambitions - however, I would say University, Supernatural and Generations are the most important, while items from the other expansions are mostly just decor items. Please keep this in mind before downloading.

Also also also: If the terrain paint appears to be 1/3 of a tile off when you place this house, I promise that wasn't my doing! Sims 3 is weird when you're placing a house you downloaded.
