This cosy 1 bedroomed cottage has been created to give it a "woodland" feel. It costs 59,042 simoleons. Would suit retiring couple perhaps. I want to say a BIG Thank you to Mike, at mikeinside for his easy to follow building tutes :D
There are no custom parts in this property, just Maxis stuff. You can re-model, re-decorate, re-furnish, burn it down. It's really up to you, just enjoy it!
