Cranberry Harbor is a beautiful one story home, situated on a corner lot by the canal. If you sit on your porch you can watch the steamboat go by! This is a three bedroom, two bathroom home. Perfect for starting families just looking for something a bit larger to move into. Landscaped slightly, just the front and not the back though, so there is still plenty of space for trees and other large flora and fauna!
Up the main walk and onto the porch, through the front door, you'll find a small foyer. To the left are two bedrooms, with a bathroom in the middle of them. To the right is the living room, cut off from the rest of the house by a half wall. But straight ahead is the small kitchen, just enough space for your cooking needs, and space for a dining room. Behind the kitchen and down a small hallway is the Master Bedroom, with an adjacent Master Bath.
The other room that is situated off the living area is the 'room that no one knows what to do with'. Nope, I'm joking, there is space for a few items from the Activities and Skills group. Such as a Fabricator, a woodworking station, and still have space for a washer/dryer, and hamper. Though I suppose you could put the hamper in the bathroom, and carry dirty laundry through the house and pray you don't drop a sock. (Always lose one of those pesky things!)
In the rear of the house is a very large porch, perfect for those male sims who want to tame the grill. Or if you wish it, a small gardening area. A nice place to put a few deck chairs, read a book, or even catch a tan! All up to you!
