Belgian Rowhouse Series #01 - Het Oude Brickhuis

This tight, urban belgian/dutch-inspired rowhouse can offer 5 little apartments for sims low on money.

This small build is meant to be part of a rowhouse/apartment series. That means it is built with the intention to be placed next to other similar ones, in order to simulate rowhouses. I have always found annoying that in all The Sims series, only american suburbs with large yards seem to be in the focus of neighbourhood/building mode. Nonetheless, The Sims 2 Apartment Life gives us tools to simulate a more densely populated area quite well.

In this first installment of this series, I intended to make cheap, small apartments - an ideal starting place for a rags-to-riches story or a bachelor enjoying single life. First floor has a more spacey area for a couple and a child - maybe?

I warn though: this lot is small. It has been reduced with Mootilda's Lot Adjuster from 3x2 to 1x2. I've tested it and didn't find any routing issues in the structure but yeah, some complaining is to be expected from the sims when they all decide to flock to the front of one apartment door


Prices range from 796 to 986 simoleons per apartment. This lot is CC free.
