It is a modern 2000s family house with a beautiful view

It covers all your sims needs and then some. The floor plan is generally open. There is a great room as well as family room with a Tv and playing console. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as bathrooms and of course quite a detailed laundry room. There are 3 big rooms upstairs, one of which is fully furnished.
