Tri-Var House, a Sims 2 Conversion (No CC)

It took one mid-build crash (silly me for multitasking), one frantic "I need a lot that doesn't have an adjacent forest so I can meet screencap requirements", one "I forgot to fix the floor", and a "hey, where'd my columns go", but here we are! A rebuild of the sorority house from Sim State University!

I've classified it only as Residential, but with a couple of simple changes, it can easily be made into a functioning university housing. Swap a shower in where one of the bathtubs is and get rid of the stove and outdoor grill. My concept was that some rich lady who was refused entrance into Tri-Var bought the floor plans (or maybe the actual house) and uses it for her personal home.

The biggest difference from the original is the backyard gazebo/patio/independent deck thing. Too many trees on a lot get silly, but I felt that back corner needed a little something, and images of rich snob brunches came to mind. There were a couple of interior light additions, mostly in that second floor, I replaced the "Greek" letters on the front of the house with some slightly-overgrown ivy trellises, and I turned that weird empty place in front of the entrance into a simple fountain. Other than that, I tried to be as faithful as possible without using CC.

And as to the price...unfurnished, this pink lady's gonna set you back §36,534, and furnished you're looking at §78,479. I hope you don't mind having a roommate or seven.
